Hey, I'm Kyle Andersen! My filmmaking journey started back in high school with a borrowed camera and a beginner's photography class. I quickly found myself hooked—not just on the art of capturing moments, but on the thrill of storytelling. Soon, I was shooting music videos for friends and local artists, turning late nights into creative experiments and every location into a potential film set.

That passion led me to a commercial video production company, where I got my feet wet as a production assistant, learning everything I could from the ground up. My big break came when I spent six weeks on a $5 million movie set in Omaha, Nebraska as a camera assistant—a whirlwind experience that solidified my love for the craft. Since then, I've been balancing life behind the camera as both a director of photography and camera assistant, taking on projects ranging from dance competitions to rodeos, and health and wellness to sports.

When I'm not chasing the perfect shot, you’ll find me strumming my guitar, experimenting in the kitchen, casting a line out on the water, or exploring new cycling routes. I believe every moment has a story worth telling, and I can’t wait to help you share yours.
